Pivot Polishing Automaton

In seconds, easily and quickly polishes all pivots from 0,3 to 3,6 mm including
minute-gears from pendulum clocks, pocket-, and wristwatches,
anchor pivots from pendulum-clocks with long fork, plastik pivots,
and everything related to pivots.

	Fitting for 8 mm spindlecone (pinlethrill). Hold the machine like a pair of stretching tongs and give it into the lathe. Fix the spindlestick through the index and turn it 4-6 times a second with the motor or by hand.
Measure the rough bung with the slide-ruleand adjust the bung hook to the correct notch setting. Hold the piece with your fingers and, with the enclosed corner centering, polish the piece 2 or 3 seconds. You can adjust the pivot strenght, to polish the piece as needed. The foil spring collects the polishing shreds from the rolling weel. The oiler always keeps the rolling whell ready to use.
